For Shippers & Safety Managers
Your Carriers' Safety Data.
One Dashboard. Zero Guesswork.
Stop checking FMCSA one carrier at a time. FreightVet monitors your entire carrier panel and alerts you the moment something changes. Insurance lapses. Score spikes. Authority revocations. You'll know before your broker does.
Continuous Monitoring
Add every carrier on your approved list. We check their FMCSA records daily and alert you when something changes — a CSA score spike, an insurance cancellation, a crash report, or an out-of-service order. You don't need to remember to check. We do it for you.
No Conflict of Interest
Your broker earns 15-20% of the freight rate. They have a financial incentive to use the cheapest available carrier, not the safest. We don't broker freight. We don't earn transaction fees. Our only incentive is showing you accurate safety data.
Compliance Documentation
FMCSA requires brokers to verify carrier safety under 49 CFR 371.3. If something goes wrong and you can't prove you checked, you're exposed. FreightVet gives you timestamped safety reports you can export for every carrier, every time you ship.
Compare Before You Ship
Your broker gave you three carrier options. Which one has the best crash record? Which one had a driver placed out of service last month? Pull up all three side by side and compare their full FMCSA profiles in under a minute.

Questions Shippers Ask
How is this different from just checking FMCSA myself?
You can absolutely check FMCSA yourself. It's free public data. The difference is scale and monitoring. If you ship with 100+ carriers, checking each one manually every week isn't realistic. FreightVet automates that — daily checks across your entire panel, with alerts pushed to your inbox when something changes.
Why should I trust your safety grades over FMCSA raw data?
You shouldn't trust our grades instead of the raw data — you should use them alongside it. Our composite score is a directional filter. It tells you which carriers warrant a closer look. The full FMCSA data is always visible on every carrier profile.
Do carriers pay to improve their safety score?
No. Never. Carriers can purchase verified-safety badges and enhanced profiles, but those are clearly labeled and have zero effect on safety scores or rankings. Scores are calculated entirely from FMCSA data.
My broker already vets carriers. Why do I need this?
Your broker has a financial incentive to maximize available carrier supply. They earn a margin on every load. A carrier with a marginal safety record is still a carrier they can dispatch to. FreightVet has no such conflict. We show you the data your broker may not emphasize.
